Minutes of the Economic Developmei <br />City of Mounds View <br />Ramsey County, Minneso <br />Regular Meeting <br />September 22, 1994 <br />City Hall <br />2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />Call to Order: <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:08 p.m. by Chairperson, Delane Welsch. Commissioner Peg <br />Mountin volunteered to take the minutes for the meeting. <br />Members present were as follows: Rosemary Goff, Peg Mountin, Dan Nelson, and Delane Welsch. In <br />addition, Economic Development Coordinator Cathy Bennett was present. <br />Members not present were Mark Malone, Ron Schmidt, and Phil Seipp. <br />3. Approval Of Minutes: <br />Motion/Second: Goff/Nelson to Approve Minutes of EDC Meeting, August 25, 1994. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />4. EDC Business <br />A. Consideration of Agenda Format <br />Coordinator Bennett reported that the attached format was designed to allow the <br />recording secretary duties to be uniform. <br />Motion/Second: Nelson/Goff to approve acceptance to agenda format for recording <br />secretary duties. . <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />B. Discussion of Business Retention Program <br />1. Coordinator Bennett referenced the attached list of Mounds View companies. Those <br />circled are complete and the remaining are ranked by priority of having a representative <br />attend the meeting. Bennett reported that the ranking was based on her knowledge of <br />companies that have had issues with the City, were larger manufacturing companies and <br />those that may have a potential for becoming more involved with economic development <br />
