B. Discussion of Sample Tax Increment Financing Application/Guidelines for <br />Analysis of Tax Increment Assistance. <br />Vice Chair Carlson suggested that the EDC take more time to review the <br />Application/Guideline form but that it would be worthwhile to bring the draft policy <br />and deposit agreement back for approval without incorporating the <br />Application/Guideline form at the December or January meeting. Director Bennett <br />mentioned that if there was not going to be a December meeting if we could try and <br />bring the information back at the January or February meeting. <br />C. Discussion of Planning Commission and FDA's Comments Regarding, EDC's <br />Recommendations for Improved Communication Between the EDC and EDA. <br />Director Bennett explained that this item was once again discussed at the Council since <br />the Planning Commission also made comments regarding Communication between <br />Commissions and the Council. It was decided that this would be a topic of discussion <br />with the new Council at the goal setting retreat sometime in early 1997. <br />6. Reports From Chair, Commissioners and Staff. <br />No Reports <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business before the Commission, this meeting of the Econom c Development <br />Commission adjourned at 9:25 a.m. <br />
