Minutes of the Economic Development Commission <br />City of Mounds View <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Regular Meeting <br />April 25, 1996 <br />City of Mounds View, Council Chambers <br />2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />1. Call to Order: <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. by Vice Chairperson, Cindy Carlson. <br />2. Roll Call: <br />Members present were as follows: Cindy Carlson, Rosemary Goff, Brian Sjoberg, Ron Schmidt and Bev <br />Terhark. In addition, Economic Development Coordinator Cathy Bennett, EDA Liaison Sue Hankner <br />and EDA Alternate Liaison Gary Quick were present. Members Dan Nelson and Delane Welsch was <br />absent. <br />3. Approval Of Minutes: <br />Motion/Second: Goff/Carlson moved approval of Minutes of March 28, 1996 Meeting. <br />Motion Carried 5 ayes 0 nays <br />4. Special Business <br />There was no special business. <br />5. A. Remove tax increment policies for new/expanded development in Mounds <br />View from the table of the February 22, 1996 meeting <br />Motion/Second: Schm dt/Sjoberg moved to remove tax increment policies for new/expanded <br />development in Mounds View from the table of the February 22, 1996 meeting <br />Motion Carried 5 ayes 0 nays <br />1 <br />
