APPROVAL OF APRIL 16, 2010 AGENDA <br /> Motion/Second: Vice Chair Wagner-Harkonen moved and Commissioner Belting seconded <br /> the approval of the April 16, 2010 EDC agenda. <br /> Motion Carried: 6 Ayes 0 Nays <br /> 4. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 19, 2010 EDC MINUTES <br /> Motion/Second: Commissioner Johnson moved and Commissioner Larson seconded the <br /> approval of the February 19, 2010 EDC minutes. <br /> Motion Carried: 6 Ayes 0 Nays <br /> 5. SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> There was no Special EDC business. <br /> 6. EDC BUSINESS <br /> A. Review and Update on Mounds View's efforts to name or rename County Highway/Road 10 <br /> Ms. Steinmetz summarized her 22-page staff report that provided a summary of the City's <br /> effort five years ago to add a name to County Road 10 as it passes through Mounds View. <br /> She stated that the effort was a collaborate effort between the Cities of Mounds View, <br /> Blaine and Spring Lake Park and the Counties of Anoka and Ramsey. <br /> She said the reason this item is on today's EDC agenda is because in February 2010 the <br /> EDC discussed forming a citizen board to address this issue, however staff does not <br /> recommend forming a new committee because staff believes the results would remain the <br />
