APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 16, 2011 EDC MINUTES <br /> Commissioner Helgemoe noted the date under Item 6 needed to be changed to February <br /> 24. <br /> Motion/Second: Commissioner Helgemoe moved and Commissioner Belting seconded the <br /> approval of the December 16, 2011 minutes as amended. <br /> Motion Carried: 6 Ayes, 1 Abstention <br /> 5. EDC BUSINESS <br /> A. Oaths of Office — Greg Belting and Jim Paron <br /> Commissioners Belting and Paron read their Oaths of Office for terms 2012-2014. <br /> B. Appoint 2012 EDC Chairperson and Vice Chairperson <br /> Motion/Second: Commissioner Larson moved and Commissioner Meehlhause seconded <br /> the approval of Torri Johnson as 2012 EDC Chairperson and Jennifer Wagner-Harkonen as <br /> 2012 EDC Vice Chairperson. <br /> Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br />
