EDC Minutes <br />August 17, 2012 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />1) EDA to review 2002 County Road 10 Redevelopment and Redevelopment Plan and 2006 <br />Premium Stop Redevelopment Area Study <br />2) EDA to review Ramsey County's reconstruction plans for the County Road 10 <br />intersections at County Road H and Silver Lake Road <br />4) EDA to review EDC's vision statement created on July 20, 2012 <br />3) EDA to create a "County Road 10 Vision" task force consisting of at least two City Council <br />members and members not currently serving on City committees <br />5) EDA to provide direction to the task force regarding whether the task force itself should <br />create the entire vision for County Road 10 <br />6) EDA to review the 2008 Mounds View Comprehensive Plan <br />Motion Carried: 6 Ayes, 0 Nays <br />6. REPORTS OF COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Meehlhause provided an update on "the PAK building". He said the building <br />was sold and that "Tires N More" will be occupying the building. The Planning Commission <br />recently approved a Conditional Use Permit so that small auto repair could be done at the <br />property. He said the business is established and the owners operate three other tire stores <br />in Fridley, St. Paul and Minneapolis. <br />7. NEXT REGULAR EDC MEETING <br />The next regular EDC meeting was scheduled for Friday, September 21, 2012, at 7:30am. <br />9.
