They then left the meeting (by mutual agreement) and the <br />EDC members proceeded to provide direction to staff regarding the comments <br />that they wished to convey to the City Council/EDA regarding the <br />Development Agreement and other aspects of the proposed project. Mr. <br />Carroll agreed to prepare a summary of the EDC=s comments and provide the <br />EDC members with a copy of that summary for their review before it was <br />provided to the Council/EDA. [A copy of the summary that was prepared has <br />been attached hereto for reference.] <br /> <br />C. Discussion of EDC Procedural Matters <br /> <br />A brief overview was provided by staff regarding the upcoming election of <br />officers, the review of the Bylaws, and the adoption of a list of future meeting <br />dates. It was anticipated that most or all of these issues would be dealt with <br />at the EDC=s next regular meeting in February. <br /> <br />D. Comprehensive Guide Plan [ED Section] <br /> <br />Due to time constraints, most of the anticipated discussion of this issue had <br />to be deferred to a future meeting. The EDC members agreed to hold a <br />special meeting at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 17, 1999 to address the <br />issue. <br /> <br />6.
