RESOLUTION NO. 8853 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING HIRING OF RAYLA SUE EWALD <br />WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View posted for a Human Resources Technician; <br />WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View posted for the position on its web page and <br />the League of Minnesota Cities web page; and <br />WHEREAS, Ten applications were received, scored and four interviews were <br />conducted; and <br />WHEREAS, An interview panel comprised of all four department heads and the <br />interim City Administrator conducted interviews on November 2 and upon conclusion <br />engaged in discussion and came to a conclusion for a recommendation; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the hiring of Rayla Sue Ewald to the position of Human Resources Technician <br />starting November 20, 2017 at Level 4 of the 2017 Compensation plan and upon <br />successful completion of a 6 month probation, be moved to Level 5. <br />Adopted this 13th Day of November, 2017. <br />4'&y 15ulti'-1.tG��.� <br />Carol A.
