RESOLUTION NO. 8862 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ADOPTING THE POSITION DESCRIPTION FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES <br />COORDINATOR POSITION <br />WHEREAS, the former Assistant City Administrator had recommended that the <br />City Council consider changing the Assistant City Administrator position to a Human <br />Resources Technician if that position became vacant; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the draft position description at the August <br />work session; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council's direction was to bring back the Human Resources <br />Technician position for formal approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's compensation consultant reviewed the draft position <br />description and recommends that the title be changed from Human Resource Technician <br />to Human Resource Coordinator to more accurately reflects the duties. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby adopt the Human Resource Coordinator position description with the following <br />wage scale for 2017. <br />Step 1 <br />1 Step 1.5 <br />1 Step 2 1 <br />Step 3 1 <br />Step 4 <br />Step 5 <br />22.18 <br />122.88 <br />123.57 <br />124.96 126.34 <br />27.73 <br />Adopted this 27th day of November, 2017. <br />Carol A.
