RESOLUTION 8807 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVAL OF A CIGARETTE/TOBACCO LICENSE FOR <br />AB LIQUOR, LLC. (DOING BUSINESS AS SNAP MARKET) <br />LOCATED AT 2408 COUNTY ROAD I <br />WHEREAS, Nilkunth, Tobacco LLC., (doing business as SNAP Market) is <br />requesting City Council approval for a Cigarette/Tobacco License located at the 2408 <br />County Road I.; and <br />WHEREAS, owners of Nilkunth, Tobacco LLC., have completed all applications <br />materials and have paid the application fee for this license; and <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period would be from August 15, 2017 - June 30, 2018; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve a Cigarette/Tobacco License to Nilkunth, Tobacco LLC., (doing <br />business as SNAP Market) located at 2408 County Road I from August 15, 2017 to <br />June 30, 2018. <br />Adopted this 14th day of August, 2017. <br />Carol A.
