ORDINANCE NO. 882 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING A FRANCHISE FEE ON CENTER POINT <br />ENERGY NATURAL GAS OPERATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />On August 26, 2013, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which <br />continues a 4% franchise fee on Center Point Energy natural gas operations within the <br />City of Mounds View for the year 2014. The ordinance will sunset on December 31, <br />2014. <br />A copy of Ordinance 882 is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the <br />Clerk -Administrator. The ordinance is also posted in its entirety on the City's website, <br />located at www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us. <br />Jim Ericson, City Clerk -Administrator <br />
