All inspections will be limited and focused solely to the most current adopted edition of the <br />Minnesota State Fire Code. <br />Time: <br />Commercial, Industrial, Assembly, Business, Storage, Etc. 240 to 275 hours per year <br />Multi -Family Properties with more than 4 units 45 to 55 hours per year <br />Plan Review As needed <br />Operational Permits (fireworks tents, etc.) As needed <br />Terms on Agreement: <br />This agreement shall remain in effect until the City of Mounds View terminates the agreement <br />providing the Fire Department a minimum of a two week written notice. <br />Reporting: <br />The Fire Department shall provide a monthly activity report summarizing all inspections, <br />provide copies of all written orders, shall notify the City of Mounds View when serious code <br />violations are present that may warrant issuance of citations and when requested, appear <br />before council to give a verbal report. <br />Effective Date: <br />This Memorandum of Understanding shall be in effect beginning September 1, 2013, <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />Tim Hill, Spring Lake Park Fire Dept., Inc. <br />Date <br />Date <br />Date <br />
