1 <br />of Mounds View Staff <br />Item No: 07B <br />Meeting Date: March 11, 2013 <br />Type of Business: CB <br />Administrator Review: <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Desaree Crane, Assistant City Administrator <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 8069, a Resolution Approving Step/Wage <br />Adjustment for Agnes Quasabart (Accountant), and <br />Longevity/Wage Adjustments for Officer Kasey Keckeisen <br />and Officer Leitch of the Mounds View Police Department <br />Background: <br />Agnes Quasabart is a current employee with the City of Mounds View Finance Department. <br />Her supervisor, Finance Director Mark Beer, has reviewed her performance as it relates to <br />her responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br />Officer Kasey Keckeisen is a current employee with the City of Mounds View Police <br />Department. His supervisor, Deputy Chief Steve Menard, has reviewed his performance <br />as it relates to his responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br />Officer Kirk Leitch is a current employee with the City of Mounds View Police Department. <br />His supervisor, Sergeant Robert Nelson, has reviewed his performance as it relates to his <br />responsibilities outlined in the job description. <br />Discussion: <br />It was determined that Agnes Quasabart has satisfactory performed in the capacity of her <br />position, and therefore a step wage adjustment is consistent with the Mounds View <br />Personnel Manual. <br />It was determined that Officer Kasey Keckeisen has satisfactory performed in the capacity <br />of his position, and therefore a longevity wage adjustment is consistent with the LELS <br />Police Officers Union Contract. <br />It was determined that Officer Kirk Leitch has satisfactory performed in the capacity of his <br />position, and therefore a longevity wage adjustment is consistent with the LELS Police <br />Officers Union Contract. <br />
