l rY <br />discuss the plan action items and timelines, clarifying expectations, and answer any questions <br />In addition, personnel will be assigned specific task/action items and develop performance <br />metrics for applicable action items. <br />To ensure the plan is being executed and following identified timelines, the leadership <br />team will meet on a quarterly basis. During meetings, personnel will provide updates for their <br />area of responsibility, presenting successes and difficulties encountered. As the plan <br />implementation nears the 24 -month mark, assigned staff will review the plan, in detail, and make <br />any necessary revisions. The detailed review and revision will ensure the plan is on target as <br />well as provide the opportunity to integrate new methodology, equipment and industry best <br />practices. <br />v <br />The creation of this comprehensive plan would not have possible without input from our <br />personnel.
