Matter is presently pending. <br />W210-107: Telecommunications Matters. Review wireless agreement with St. Paul. Matter <br />is pending. <br />MU210-189: Coventry Senior Living Project. Review additional items necessary to finalize <br />and record the plat. Revise instruction letter to title company. Review <br />Development Agreement. Matter is presently pending. <br />MU210-202: Health Care Facility Revenue Note (Apple Tree Dental). We are in the middle of <br />the process for issuing tax exempt 501(c)(3) conduit revenue bonds for Apple <br />Tree Dental Clinic. At this point, public hearings have been conducted and the <br />project is on hold until the Borrower makes a deal with a bank. Consult with City <br />staff.
