Review title commitment and <br />consult with City staff regarding plat, etc. Consult with City staff and title <br />company regarding need for updating of title commitment. Review updated title <br />commitment and Examiner of Titles Directive. Review question regarding five- <br />foot strip of land. Begin drafting plat opinion.
