General discussions with staff regarding various City matters. <br />Matters are presently pending. <br />MU210-54 City Code Updates. Work on updating City Code. Consult with City staff <br />regarding same. Matter is presently pending. <br />MU210-179: General Street Improvement Projects. Review contracts and provide comments <br />regarding 2013 Street Improvement Project. Matter is presently pending. <br />MU210-189: Coventry Senior Living_ Project. Review additional items necessary to finalize <br />and record the plat. Revise instruction letter to title company. Review <br />Development Agreement. Matter is presently pending. <br />MU210-202: Health Care Facility Revenue Note (Apple Tree Dental). Project remains in the <br />middle of the process for issuing tax exempt 501(c)(3) conduit revenue bonds for <br />Apple Tree Dental Clinic. At this point, public hearings have been conducted and <br />the project is on hold until the Borrower negotiates a deal with a bank.
