completed two (2) or more years of service and leave in good standing shall <br />contribute one hundred percent (100%) of accrued vacation compensation to the <br />RHSP. <br />POLICY: SEVERANCE SECTION 3.47 <br />Subject to the provisions of Section 3.45, upon separation of employment with the City, <br />employees shall be compensated for any accrued Vacation hours and Compensatory Time <br />hours not otherwise directed into their RHSP. (Unused Floating Holidays are not eligible for <br />Severance payout.) Employees with less than two full years of service are not eligible for <br />payout of Sick Leave hours. Employees with two or more years of service are subject to <br />the terms and provisions addressed in Section 3.45 regarding Sick Leave balances upon <br />separation. <br />POLICY: UNIFORM ALLOWANCES SECTION: 3.50 <br />The non-union Mounds View Public Works employees are authorized the same uniform <br />allowance reimbursement as the Public Works Union employees as outlined in the Public <br />Works Union Contract. <br />The sworn non-union Mounds View Police Department employees (Chief and Deputy <br />Chief) are authorized the same uniform allowance reimbursement benefits as the Police <br />L.E.L.S Union employees as outlined in the L.E.L.S. Police Sergeants union contract. <br />Employees working in the Police Department in the positions of Support <br />Specialist, Records/Evidence Technician, and Public Safety Officer (PSO) shall be <br />reimbursed up to a maximum of $350.00 annually for uniform items required by the <br />EMPLOYER. <br />59 <br />
