Review documents and consult with City staff regarding <br />same. Draft Purchase Agreement and Resolution Authorizing Purchase and <br />forward to City staff. Begin drafting closing documents. Revise Purchase <br />Agreement. Consult with Seller's attorney, title company, City staff regarding <br />closing details. Review information regarding lawsuits filed between seller and a <br />lessee. Consult with attorneys for seller and lessee. Attend court hearing <br />regarding dispute between seller and less. Consult with City staff regarding <br />strategy. Draft resolution and first amendment to purchase agreement and <br />forward same to City staff. Attend EDA meetings.
