E. <br />Meeting Date: October 9, 2017 <br />Type of Business: Council Business <br />Administrator review: <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Nyle Zikmund, Interim City Administrator <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 8841, Approving Support of Mounds View School <br />District Bond Referendum <br />Background <br />At the October 2, 2017 City Council Workshop representatives of the Mounds View <br />School District provided the Council with a presentation detailing their proposed $165 <br />million bond referendum. <br />Discussion <br />Upon conclusion of the presentation the council asked several questions and engaged in <br />discussion which included broad council support.
