This <br />was also recommended by the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission. <br />Discussion: <br />Attached is Ordinance 877, which amends Section 405.02 of the Mounds View City Code to <br />allow nine members to be appointed to the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission. <br />Changes to this section are highlighted in red and blue. <br />405.02: MEMBERSHIP; OATH; COMPENSATION: <br />Subd. 1. Appointment of Members: The Commission shall consist of seven4(7-) nine 9 <br />members appointed by the City Council and based on the recommendation of the <br />Parks and Recreation Commission, from the applications submitted. Based upon the <br />recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the City Council shall <br />appoint a chairperson.
