Inspector Stepaniak indicated the shed <br />was in poor condition and had a great deal of debris inside. <br />Ms. Madison requested the roof on the shed be allowed to be replaced and that it remain in place. <br />Council Member Meehlhause commented it was difficult to make a determination on this matter <br />without pictures of the shed. City Administrator Ericson indicated staff could make another visit <br />to the site to review the condition of the shed. <br />Mayor Flaherty indicated the property at 5200 Jeffery Drive was in poor condition and needed to <br />be cleaned quickly. He questioned how the Council wanted to proceed. The Council agreed to <br />give the property owner until September 23`d to complete their cleanup work, or have the <br />property abated. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Adopt 8149, Authorizing <br />Abatement of Nuisance Code Violations at 5200 Jeffery Drive on September 23, 2013 if the <br />work was not completed by the property owner. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />8. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Amendment of the 2013 City of Mounds View Fee Schedule by Adding a <br />License Fee for Donation Collection Bins. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br />Finance Director Beer answered the Council's questions related to claims. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Approve the Just and Correct Claims as presented. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. July 22, 2013, City Council Meeting Minutes. <br />Council Member Meehlhause requested a correction on Page 5, Line 21, the word changed <br />should be made charged. He suggested Page 6, Line 34, eliminate the second retirement and on <br />Page 7, Line 10, the word remaining be added. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Mueller. "To Approve the July 22, 2013, City Council <br />meeting minutes as amended. <br />
