RESOLUTION NO. 8167 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPOINTING GARY RUNDLE TO THE <br />STREETS AND UTLITIES ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Board, Commission and Committees consist of members <br />appointed by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS; the Streets and Utilities Advisory Committee is a seven (7) member <br />committee established in 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, the Streets and Utilities Advisory Committee currently has six (6) <br />members and one (1) vacant seat; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff received one (1) application for the Streets and Utilities Advisory <br />Committee on October 22, 2013, from Gary Rundle; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council reviewed Gary Rundle's application to <br />serve on this Committee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mounds View, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, hereby approves Gary Rundle to serve on the Streets and Utilities <br />Advisory Committee with a term expiration date of December 31, 2014. <br />Adopted this 28th day of October, 2013. <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
