Resolution 8170 <br />Page 3 <br />5. No demolition, grading or construction activity may proceed without the <br />contractor obtaining all necessary permits. <br />6. The developer or contractor shall locate all utilities within the development <br />underground. <br />7. The developer or contractor shall obtain the necessary permits for all work <br />occurring within the City and County rights of way. <br />8. Coventry Senior Living shall complete all requirements after final review of the <br />final plat by the City Attorney, including securing Title Insurance for the new <br />easement. <br />9. Coventry Senior Living shall meet all requirements of the City's Public Works <br />Director and engineering consultant, Stantec. <br />10. Coventry Senior Living shall satisfy all of Ramsey County requirements. <br />11. The approval contemplated herein is subject to the condition that Coventry <br />Senior Living paying for all costs concerning this subdivision incurred by the City <br />Attorney, city consultants, and any other costs of a similar nature. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that re -approval of this final <br />plat and Developers Agreement is subject to recordation with Ramsey County, which <br />shall occur within 6 months of Council approval.
