f"u Ju 2 <br />WHEREAS, since no additional homes or development will occur as part of this <br />subdivision, a park dedication fee is not required with this subdivision application; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Applicant shall have 6 months <br />from final approval to file proper documentation with Ramsey County, and furnish proof of <br />such recording to the City. If such action is not accomplished by the date so indicated, this <br />minor subdivision approval shall be considered null and void. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves a minor subdivision, lot line adjustment, of 3030 and 3032 County Road <br />J, subject to the following stipulations: <br />The Applicant shall complete any and all requirements after final review of the <br />Certificate of Survey and title commitment by the City Attorney. <br />2. The proposed legal descriptions are subject to approval by the Ramsey County <br />Torrens Department. The Applicant shall arrange to amend the Certificate of <br />Survey if any changes are required by Ramsey County. <br />3. This approval is subject to review of documents as stated in Title Commitment <br />101344682, Schedule B, Section I, #5. <br />4.
