RESOLUTION 8859 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ADVERTISING OF POLICE OFFICER <br />WHEREAS, The Mounds View Police Department has a vacancy to begin January 1, <br />2018 after the November 13 referendum passed; and <br />WHEREAS, A need exists to advertise for a police officer position; and <br />WHEREAS, A Police Officer position takes three to four months to test and hire for; and <br />WHEREAS, the position is estimated to start in the spring of 2018 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, the Mounds View City Council <br />approves Resolution 8859 the advertising for a Police Officer position dated November 13, 2017. <br />Adopted this 13th day of November, 2017. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Carol Mueller, Mayor <br />Nyle Zikmund, Interim City <br />Administrator <br />
