Several notices of legal claims have been presented to the <br />City and have been tendered for defense by the League of Minnesota cities <br />Insurance Trust. Pursuant to communications with LMCIT attorneys, these <br />matters have either (1) been settled; (2) been dismissed; or (3) the noticing party <br />did not file a lawsuit.
