Monday, December 11, 2017, City Council Agenda. <br />Mayor Mueller requested action on Item 9G be held after Item 9A noting an EDA meeting will <br />be held after Item 9A. <br />Council Member Meehlhause requested Item 5A be removed from the agenda due to the fact the <br />Council did not receive the November 27, 2017 minutes in the packet. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Gunn. To Approve the Monday, December 11, 2017, agenda <br />as amended. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. November 27, 2017, City Council Meeting Minutes. <br />This item was removed from the agenda. <br />6. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Just and Correct Claims. <br />B.
