1h <br />MOUNDSViEw <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />Item No: 9.E. <br />Meeting Date: January 8, 2018 <br />Type of Business: Council Business <br />Administrator Review <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Nyle Zikmund, Interim City Administrator <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 8894, Resolution of Support for Brian Beeman to <br />serve on the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust <br />Board. <br />Background: <br />The League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust is an independent but associated entity of <br />the League of Minnesota Cities which provides all of our insurance needs including <br />Workers Compensation, Liability, Property and Casualty. <br />Like the League, the Trust is overseen by a Board of Directors which Brian Beeman has <br />made application for. <br />This resolution is a testament of the Councils support for him to serve in that capacity.
