Mueller <br />Mayor, City of Mounds View <br />City Hall <br />2401 Mounds View Boulevard <br />Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />RB: Livable Communities Local Housing Incentives Account Grant Award <br />Dear Mayor Mueller, <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Metropolitan Council has awarded the City of Mounds View a <br />Livable Communities Local Housing Incentives Account grant in the amount of $500,000 for The <br />Boulevard project, <br />Council staff will draft a grant agreement for the project within the next few weeks. The grant agreement <br />will specify payment procedures and reporting requirements. If you have questions about the grant <br />administration procedures, please contact Josiah Waderich at 651-602-1297. <br />The city's project was among those that best met a range of goals in a competitive process. This <br />process favors projects that preserve existing or add new housing units affordable to households with <br />incomes at or below 80% of the area median income, address community affordable and life -cycle <br />housing goals and advance the goals of Thrive MSP 2040, The Council's Comprehensive Regional <br />Development Guide. <br />Congratulations on your successful application.
