RESOLUTION NO. 8903 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE FOR <br />LINDA BRASAEMLE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />5127 LONG LAKE ROAD, MOUNDS VIEW <br />WHEREAS, Linda Brasaemle has applied for a Residential Kennel License for <br />the property located at 5127 Long Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the Brasaemles currently have two dogs; <br />WHEREAS, the current dogs owned by Linda Brasaemle are licensed with the <br />City in accordance with the Mounds View City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Brasaemles would like to obtain another dog now so there will <br />be a temporary overlap in time where all the dogs can get acquainted as one of their <br />dogs is elderly; and <br />WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 890, the City sent public hearing <br />notices to Ramsey County registered property owners within five hundred feet (500') <br />radius of 5127 Long Lake Road and notice was published in the Sun Focus Newspaper. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves a Residential Kennel License for Linda Brasaemle to allow three dogs for the <br />property located at 5127 Long Lake Road; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire on June 30, 2018. <br />Adopted this 12th day of February, 2018. <br />Z:1;��LZ Wh� <br />Carol A.
