To Waive the Reading and Adopt Ordinance 940, Amending <br />Municipal Code, Section 910, regarding the Management of Right-of-Way within the City of <br />Mounds View. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller questioned the cost that would be charged to vendors requesting small cell tower <br />permits. Public Works Director Peterson reported staff was still considering this matter. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Gunn/Hull/Meehlhause/Mueller. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />B. 6:30 p.m. Public Hearing – Resolution 8895, Regarding On-Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License Request for New Vision Theatres for the Property located at <br />2430 Mounds View Boulevard (Mounds View 15 Theater). <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council consider an on-sale intoxicating liquor <br />license request for New Vision Theatres for the property located at 2430 Mounds View <br />Boulevard otherwise known as Mounds View 15 Theater. He explained all necessary paperwork, <br />fees and background checks have been completed. He noted he received one call from a <br />concerned resident regarding this request. <br /> <br />Brandt Erwin, Mounds View 15 Theater representative, introduced himself to the Council and <br />noted he was an attorney. He explained he received a typed up memo from staff regarding the <br />call staff received from a concerned citizen. He described how the theater would be serving <br />alcohol to ensure minors were not served and noted all employees would receive adequate <br />training. He stated he wanted to see the City
