MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FTO STIPEND <br />This Memorandum of Understanding is made between Law Enforcement Labor <br />Services, Local 232 — Mounds View Sergeants ("Union") and the City of Mounds View <br />City.") <br />WHEREAS, the Union and the City are parties to a collective bargaining <br />agreement; <br />WHEREAS, the collective bargaining agreement does not contain a provision to <br />compensate Union members for performing Field Training Officer duties (FTO); <br />WHEREAS, the FTO duties have been traditionally performed by Patrol Officers <br />and those Patrol Officers receive .75 hours of Compensatory Time per shift when <br />actively assigned to FTO duties; <br />WHEREAS, Union members are now being assigned FTO duties; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree that each Union member will receive .75 hours of <br />Compensatory Time per shift when actively assigned to FTO duties. <br />LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR <br />SERVICES, INC. <br />Jessica L.
