RESOLUTION 8925 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR THE DRAINAGE CHANNEL IN <br />SILVER VIEW PARK WITH RAMSEY COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Public Works and Mounds View Public Works, <br />observed a number of storm sewer infrastructure features that were not functioning as <br />originally designed; and, <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Public Works determined that the drainage channel <br />along Country Road I and Silver Lake Road needed to be re -profiled; and, <br />WHEREAS, Rice Creek Water Shed District is requiring a Maintenance Agreement <br />between the City of Mounds View and Ramsey County; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mayor and City <br />Administrator, Staff and <br />all additional steps and <br />of this Resolution. <br />ATTEST: <br />(seas) <br />consultants are hereby authorized and directed to take any and <br />actions necessary or convenient in order to accomplish the intent <br />Adopted this 12th day of March, 2018. <br />dl/Z- AI4azz-- <br />Carol A Mueller, Mayor <br />�z <br />Nyle Am , City Administrator <br />
