Location Variance: The issue is economic but it is also a matter of having to dig up the whole <br />front yard of the church, move underground sprinklers and move any other underground utilities that <br />run near the sign. <br />Color Variance: The desire to go to color is not an economic one and more of a desire to be <br />the most effective in getting the message out to the community. The desire would also be to replace <br />the color signs that we have used for special occasions. <br />g.
