Location Variance: The issue is economic but it is also a matter of having to dig up the whole <br />front yard of the church, move underground sprinklers and move any other underground utilities that <br />run near the sign. <br />Color Variance: The desire to go to color is not an economic one and more of a desire to be <br />the most effective in getting the message out to the community. The desire would also be to replace <br />the color signs that we have used for special occasions. <br />g. The Board of Adjustment and Appeals may impose such conditions upon the premises benefited by <br />a variance as may be necessary to comply with the standards established by this Title or to reduce or <br />minimize the effect of such variance upon other properties in the neighborhood and to better carry <br />out the intent of the variance.
