Purpose <br />The Commissioner of Administration, as part of strategic planning, is to issue an annual report to the Governor <br />and chairs and ranking minority members of the State Senate and House of Representatives committees with <br />jurisdiction on state government finance, that provides demographic information to assist public and elected <br />officials with long-term management decisions.
