Outdoor Vending Kiosks; provided that: <br />a. The kiosks shall use only electronic forms of payment. <br />b. Only movies and video games may be rented from the kiosk. <br />c. May be placed only at retail stores, motor fuel stations and restaurants. <br />d. Only one business on each property may install outdoor vending kiosks. <br />e.
