Planning Case PA2011-001 <br />Staff Report <br />Page 3 <br />Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission may take one of the following actions related to the PUD <br />Amendment request: <br />1. Recommend approval of the PUD Amendment as requested. Resolution 943-11 is <br />attached for your consideration if you should choose this option. <br />2. Recommend denial of the request. To consider this option, the Commission will need to <br />direct staff to prepare a resolution with findings of fact to support the denial <br />recommendation. <br />3. Table action on the request.
