Narrative from Applicant <br />April 30th 2015 <br />I am requesting a variance for replacement of an existing driveway on the property located at <br />7930 Sunnyside Rd. Mounds view, MN 55112. The driveway is currently 11 feet wide and has a 2 foot <br />setback from the property line with 7940 Sunnyside Rd. The garage is located behind the house so the <br />only access to the garage is between the two houses. <br />James and Debra Anderson <br />
