In 2012, we rehabbed 5344-5346 Raymond <br />including the installation of two 20' wide concrete driveways. We also installed two 20' <br />wide concrete driveways at 5330-5332 Raymond. In 2013, we rehabbed 5372-74 <br />Raymond Av. with concrete driveways. <br />We were unable to do the rehab on 5380-5382 last year, but the contractor has <br />submitted the plans to the city and they have been approved. He plans to pick up the <br />building permit and start work in the next few weeks. Do I need another extension on <br />this building? <br />I am currently working on plans to rehab 5338-5340.
