CU2014-001 Staff Report <br />September 17, 2014 <br />Page 3 <br />Summary: <br />All City zoning and code issues are satisfied with this request. The Federal Communications <br />Commission (FCC) has reviewed the coordinates, structure type and height and determined <br />that this structure does not need to be registered with them, and there are also no Federal <br />Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements for this tower. <br />Recommendations: <br />Review the plans and discuss the proposed cell tower.
