Staff recommends amending the <br />code to allow it as a permitted use, and delete it from the conditional uses. <br />Staff also recommends the Planning Commission discuss adding additional uses to the <br />industrial district zoning code to accommodate uses that are currently existing in industrial <br />zoned properties, such as medical supply and pharmaceutical companies. The property <br />at 8400 Coral Sea Street is zoned industrial but the building is an `office park" type <br />building and as such, is not being used by industrial type businesses.
