1114.04 1114.04 <br />Subd. 6. An accessory use which is a permitted use in a B-2 District, and: <br />a. Such use does not constitute more than thirty percent (30%) of the lot area and not <br />snore than fifty percent (50%) of the gross floor area of the principal use. <br />b. The off-street parking and off-street loading requirements of Chapters 1121 <br />and 1122 of this Title have been met. <br />C. All signing and informational or visual communication devices shall be in <br />compliance with the Mounds View Sign Code 1. <br />d.
