1116.02 <br />1116.03 (Rev. 9/09) <br />1116.02: PERMITTED USES: The following are permitted uses in an I-1 District: <br />Adult establishments as defined and regulated in Chapter 513 of the Municipal Code. <br />(Ord. 574, 5-13-96) <br />Building materials sales yards, retail lumber yard, contractors equipment sales and rentals, <br />storage and sale of food, and fuel not for resale. <br />Essential services. <br />Flammable liquids: Above ground storage not to exceed a total of eight hundred (800) gallons; <br />underground bulk storage not to exceed twenty five thousand (25,000) gallons if located not less <br />than fifty feet (50') from a residential district. (Amended, Ord. 830, 9-3-09) <br />Golf Course. (Added, Ord. 721, 10-13-03) <br />Governmental and public utility building and structures. <br />Greenhouses and nurseries. <br />Motorized vehicle or recreational equipment sales and service and rental. <br />Newspaper and general printings. <br />Warehouses. <br />Wholesale and retail showrooms and offices; provided, that at least fifty percent (50%) of the <br />principal building is devoted to storage or warehousing of merchandise. (1988 Code §40.20) <br />1116.03: ACCESSORY USES: The following are permitted accessory uses in an 1-1 <br />District: <br />Buildings and structures for a use accessory to the principal use. <br />Offices accessory to the principal use. <br />Off-street parking as regulated by Chapter 1121 of this Title. <br />Off-street loading as regulated by Chapter 1122 of this Title. <br />Signs as regulated by the Mounds View Sign Code.
