Upcoming Planning Cases <br />October 1, 2014 <br />Page 3 <br />Planning Associate Heller discussed upcoming planning cases. She explained the Council was <br />discussing the use of tubular structures on residential lots. She noted the Council recently <br />approved the preliminary plat for Multi -Tech and work has begun on this site. In addition, the <br />cell tower for Dell -Comm was approved. It was noted the City hired a new part-time Business <br />Development Coordinator. <br />10. Chairperson and Planning Commissioners Reports <br />None. <br />11.
