Resolution 1017-14 <br />Page 4 <br />•• ' <br />Subd. 20. Storage of flammable liquids over eight hundred (800) gallons above ground. <br />(1988 Code §40.20) (Amended, Ord. 830, 9-3-09) <br />Subd. 21. Wireless telecommunications towers and antennae subject to the provisions <br />established in Chapter 1124 of the Zoning Code. (Ord. 588, 2-10-97) <br />Subd. 22. Day care center, group nursery; provided that: (Ord. 595, 4-14-97) <br />WHEREAS, amending the City Code to allow more uses in industrial zoning <br />districts would better serve the public and support businesses; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission concurs that an amendment <br />to the City Code is warranted and justified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of amendments to Section 1116 of the Mounds <br />View City Code as defined herein. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission directs <br />staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 3'd day of December, 2014. <br />Gary Stevenson, Chair <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
