MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />IS*IQItelIIs] kqIkRNID]l[MEll <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO <br />TITLE 1100 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE ABOUT <br />RENEWABLE ENERGY; SPECIAL PLANNING CASE 188-13 <br />WHEREAS, City staff has recommended that amendments be made to the <br />zoning code relating to renewable energy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission agrees with the City Staff <br />recommendation to clarify the renewable energy requirements in residential and <br />business districts; and, <br />WHEREAS, City staff has amended Title 1100 of the Mounds View City Code by <br />deleting the sR;^^en language and adding the underlined text as follows: <br />CHAPTER 1106 R-1. SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />1106.03: ACCESSORY USES: The following are permitted accessory uses in an R-1 <br />District: (1988 Code §40.10) <br />Subd. 8. Solar Energy Sources and Systems and Geothermal Energv Sources and <br />Svstems as regulated by Chapter 1128 of this Title. <br />CHAPTER 1112 B-1, NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />1112.03: ACCESSORY USES: The following are permitted accessory uses in a B-1 <br />District: <br />Subd. 7.
