It would need to include an outside <br />display of 10 to 12 Sheds, gazebos, playhouses and pre -fab buildings. They <br />would be displayed in the parking lot as described on the attached site plan. <br />They would be confined to the locations proposed. <br />If the outside display is approved we will utilize this store for our mix of <br />outdoor furniture, (adirondack chairs) interior lodge furniture, gift store; <br />etc. (old country gift store mix) <br />We believe the following property features make it a good choice for the <br />proposed use. <br />® Fence/screen along the back line. <br />• Blacktop parking lot.
