Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Stevenson at 7:00 p.m. for July 24, 2013. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Members Present: Commissioners Carvelli-Yu, Elofson, Rundle, Schiltgen, and Stevenson. <br />Absent and Excused: Commissioner Love and Smith. <br />Also Present: Planning Associate Heidi Heller. <br />3. Special Order of Business <br />Chair Stevenson recognized Holly Smith for her past three years of service on the Plamung <br />Commission and wished her well on behalf of the City of Mounds View.
