I - Premium Stop Redevelopment Area Study <br />Existing Site Ownership <br />I <br />I <br />�w wr <br />i w <br />I1C <br />F <br />Existing Site Uses <br />6 City of Mounds View <br />Site Ownership <br />The 12.3 acre Premium Stop <br />Redevelopment Area currently has <br />twelve different property owners, <br />including the City of Mounds View <br />Economic Development Authority <br />which owns approximately 1.16 <br />acres of land within the site at the <br />intersection of County Road 10 and <br />County Road H2. The significant <br />number of different property owners <br />has created a non -unified site <br />and has directly resulted in the <br />existing uncoordinated conventional <br />development pattern. In addition, <br />the ownership patterns contribute <br />to the challenge of redeveloping the <br />site. A more unified ownership of the <br />site would contribute to improving <br />site access and circulation as well <br />as creating a more compatible and <br />cohesive development pattern for <br />the redevelopment of the site. <br />
